🎪 THE CLARITY REPORT🔥 CLARITY CHECK

This has been one of those weeks that leaves you wondering what has happened to our culture. The Lindsey Clancy case forced America to confront the unthinkable. The abortion debate continues after decades in which more than sixty million unborn children have been lost in America. Artificial intelligence dominates the headlines, with many warning that machines may become humanity’s greatest threat. And modern feminism continues to redefine marriage, motherhood, and family as obstacles to fulfillment rather than blessings from God. At first glance, those seem like four different controversies. They’re really one story told four different ways.

A civilization doesn’t become pagan because it changes religions. It becomes pagan because it changes what it worships. Ancient cultures bowed before idols of stone. Modern cultures bow before self, autonomy, technology, and convenience. The names have changed. The human heart has not.

The Bible has seen this before.

🔥 BACK TO THE Hebrew Text

Long before there were headlines, God gave us Proverbs 31. The woman described there isn’t weak or oppressed. She is a woman of excellence—a woman of capacity. She works with willing hands. She buys property. She plants vineyards. She provides for her household. She serves the poor. She speaks wisdom. Above all, she fears the Lord. Scripture celebrates a woman who builds, not because she is less than a man, but because she reflects the character of God in the way she loves, serves, and sacrifices.

Then the Bible introduces us to two prostitutes standing before Solomon. Neither woman is held up as the ideal. Yet when Solomon called for a sword, everything changed. One woman begged the king to spare the child’s life, even if it meant giving him away. The other was willing to see the child cut in two. Solomon didn’t discover the mother through clever arguments. He recognized her by her willingness to protect innocent life.

The sword exposed the heart.

The question wasn’t merely, “Who is telling the truth?” The deeper question was, “Who loves this child enough to sacrifice her own desires so that he might live?” That question still exposes every generation.

🔥 PAGANISM HAS PATTERNS

Follow that question through the pages of Scripture and the pattern becomes impossible to ignore. Pharaoh feared the Hebrews, so he ordered the Hebrew baby boys killed. Herod feared the birth of the Messiah, so he slaughtered the children of Bethlehem. Through the prophet Ezekiel, God condemned those who hunted lives and declared His judgment against them. Different rulers. Different centuries. The same spiritual disease.

We don’t erect statues to Molech anymore, but paganism never disappeared. It simply learned a new vocabulary. Today we exalt autonomy above obedience, feelings above truth, and convenience above sacrifice. When that happens, innocent life inevitably loses its value. We should not be surprised. Every civilization that rejects God’s authority eventually begins consuming its own children.

Different altar. Different language. The same tragic result.

🔥 FINAL WORD

The answer isn’t found in another election, another court decision, or another technological breakthrough. The answer isn’t even found in winning the next cultural argument.

The answer is Jesus The Christ.

Our greatest problem isn’t feminism, abortion, or artificial intelligence. Those are symptoms. Our greatest problem is that apart from Christ we are spiritually dead. Jesus Christ died for our sins, was buried, rose again, and made an astonishing promise: “He who believes in Me has everlasting life.” Eternal life is God’s free gift, received by faith alone in Christ alone. If you’ve failed, if you carry guilt, if you’ve believed the lies of this age, the cross of Christ is greater than your past, and His promise is greater than your shame.

Then, because you possess that life, build something worthy of it. Build your marriage. Build your family. Build your church. Build your community. Build a testimony that points people to Jesus Christ. Long after today’s headlines have faded, what will matter is not how loudly you argued, but what you built for the glory of God.

Run to win. Be God’s friend. Remember… It pays to serve Jesus!
